Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-09

Before your reading

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before a live session, or before work on a voice-note reading has started.

Rescheduling

Live sessions can be rescheduled once, free of charge, with at least 12 hours notice.

After your reading

Because a reading is a personal service delivered in real time, completed readings are not refundable. If something went wrong technically, contact us and we will make it right.

No-shows

If you miss a live session without notice, it counts as delivered.
